Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Bubble.io.

• Solid understanding of Bubble workflows, dynamic data, and responsiveness.

• Experience integrating APIs using the API Connector.

• Proven experience with Stripe or similar payment platforms.

• Familiarity with KYC or onboarding flows is a strong advantage.

• Good design intuition and ability to follow UX/UI standards.

• English proficiency (for written communication and reading documentation).

• Experience working on fintech, proptech, or real estate-related projects.

• Knowledge of multi-role user interfaces (investor, admin, manager).

• Previous experience building platforms with document upload, dashboards, or reports.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop the first version (MVP) of the platform using Bubble.io.

• Build core features such as:

• User registration, login, and profile management.

• KYC integration (SumSub API).

• Stripe payment flow (investment checkout, confirmations).

• Property catalog with filters, ROI display, and details.

• Investor dashboard to track investments, payouts, and reports.

• Basic admin panel (add/edit properties, manage users, upload files).

• Collaborate closely with the founder and designer to iterate quickly.

We’re building a digital investment platform that enables international investors to earn stable passive income by investing in US-based real estate properties.

Our goal is to validate the concept quickly through an MVP built with Bubble.io, with integrations for Stripe payments and KYC verification via SumSub.
