🔍 Who we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Support Team Leader managing 3+ people
- Expertise in automation (chatbots, AI, HelpDesk, RPA)
- Strong technical knowledge of blockchain, wallets & crypto transactions
- Experience with Zendesk, FreshDesk, Jira, or similar tools
- Upper Intermediate+ English (spoken & written)
- A strategic thinker who loves building, not just maintaining
🔥 Bonus points for:
- Experience in Web3 projects
- Experience with remote-first or startup environments
- Knowledge of KYC/AML & crypto security
- Passion for blockchain technology
