About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Owner who deeply understands the product lifecycle in cloud-based B2B SaaS, but more importantly — someone who is AI-minded by default. You should be able to spot what can be automated, know when to embed co-pilots into flows, and always ask: “How can AI do this better than me?”
This role is for someone who can own impact, translate complexity into simplicity, and guide a cross-functional team to ship products that matter.
Your responsibilities
- Drive product discovery and delivery for AI-enhanced features and flows.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to shape and prioritize a value-driven roadmap.
- Ensure all backlog items are AI-first by design — not as an add-on, but as a principle.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria with AI-driven use cases in mind.
- Build system diagrams, personas, and track success through dashboards.
- Translate research and user feedback into elegant UX with the design team.
- Promote an automation-first mindset across engineering, CS, and marketing.
- Collaborate with product marketing to define value and messaging.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years as a Product Owner/Manager in a B2B product company.
- Proven experience in SaaS, especially in enterprise automation (CRM/Salesforce).
- Strong AI curiosity: you actively use tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Midjourney, etc. for work and life.
- You’ve explored or built internal copilots, agents, or AI-integrated workflows — or want to.
- Experience with product analytics — setting events, dashboards, and validating metrics.
- Experience in Big Data or data-heavy products is a plus.
- Familiar with MVP thinking and hypothesis validation frameworks.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and owning outcomes.
- Fluent in English.
