Responsibilities

 

HR & Recruitment

  • Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding
  • Hiring for key roles: media buyers, designers, analysts, tech support managers
  • Maintaining a structured recruitment pipeline and candidate database
  • Supporting new employee onboarding and adaptation
  • Assisting in building internal HR processes and team culture initiatives

 

Office Management (in case if located in Poland, impacts on fixed salary rate)

  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations: supplies, equipment, logistics
  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers
  • Organizing team events, birthdays, internal communications
  • Maintaining a comfortable and productive office environment

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment (preferably in marketing, digital, or tech)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • High level of self-motivation and attention to detail
  • Understanding of who media buyers are and where to find them is a plus
  • Experience in office or administrative roles is also a plus
