Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment
- Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding
- Hiring for key roles: media buyers, designers, analysts, tech support managers
- Maintaining a structured recruitment pipeline and candidate database
- Supporting new employee onboarding and adaptation
- Assisting in building internal HR processes and team culture initiatives
Office Management (in case if located in Poland, impacts on fixed salary rate)
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations: supplies, equipment, logistics
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers
- Organizing team events, birthdays, internal communications
- Maintaining a comfortable and productive office environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment (preferably in marketing, digital, or tech)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- High level of self-motivation and attention to detail
- Understanding of who media buyers are and where to find them is a plus
- Experience in office or administrative roles is also a plus
