Freelance Salesforce Developer with Required Five9 Experience Offline

EverREST is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join us on a freelance basis and take part in exciting new projects. A key requirement for this role is proven, hands-on experience working with Five9, including integration and customization within Salesforce. If this sounds like you — let’s talk.

🔍 Requirements:

• Mandatory experience with Five9 (integration, customization, support).
• Proven experience in Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Hands-on expertise with at least two Salesforce Clouds (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
• Experience creating and optimizing Salesforce Flows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce admin best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership.
• English proficiency for communication with international clients.

• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Five9.
• Configure, optimize, and support contact center solutions.
• Develop custom components and business logic within Salesforce.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts.
