Business Analyst

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT outsourcing or IT consulting.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and management.
- Understanding of SDLC and the role of a Business Analyst in different product lifecycle stages.
- Experience in Discovery Phases.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency in creating business documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Wireframes).
- Experience with analytical and modeling tools (Jira, Confluence, BPMN, UML).
- English level B2+ (spoken and written) for effective client communication.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of UX research and prototyping tools (Figma, Axure).
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze incoming requests from potential clients, identifying their business needs and goals.
- Gather and document requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications.
- Conduct workshops with clients to gain a deeper understanding of their business and product vision.
- Create business and technical documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, process models, etc.).
- Participate in the Discovery Phase, identifying risks, validating assumptions, and conducting competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with technical experts (developers, designers, architects) to define optimal solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients with proposed solutions.
- Assist in workload estimation and defining possible implementation approaches.
- Support the development team during planning and project execution phases.
