Business Analyst

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT outsourcing or IT consulting.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and management.
• Understanding of SDLC and the role of a Business Analyst in different product lifecycle stages.
• Experience in Discovery Phases.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency in creating business documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Wireframes).
• Experience with analytical and modeling tools (Jira, Confluence, BPMN, UML).
• English level B2+ (spoken and written) for effective client communication.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of UX research and prototyping tools (Figma, Axure).
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming requests from potential clients, identifying their business needs and goals.
• Gather and document requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications.
• Conduct workshops with clients to gain a deeper understanding of their business and product vision.
• Create business and technical documentation (BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, process models, etc.).
• Participate in the Discovery Phase, identifying risks, validating assumptions, and conducting competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with technical experts (developers, designers, architects) to define optimal solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients with proposed solutions.
• Assist in workload estimation and defining possible implementation approaches.
• Support the development team during planning and project execution phases.
