Middle Strong Technical Project Manager (MVP focus) Offline

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Middle Strong Technical  Project Manager with extensive experience in managing MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development in startups. This role requires a hands-on leader who can navigate the fast-paced startup environment, drive product execution from ideation to launch, and balance speed with quality.

 

Requirements:

 - 3+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on MVP development in startups
- Previous experience as a developer is a must (at least 2 years)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-  English is upper-intermediate or advanced.

 

Responsibilities:

 - Lead end-to-end project management for IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and technical feasibility.
- Lead the end-to-end development of MVPs, ensuring rapid iterations and market validation.
- Define project scope, develop project plans, and identify resource needs in alignment with project goals.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining communication to manage expectations and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Oversee risk management, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and team performance.
- Ensure alignment between client requirements, technical resources, and project objectives.
