What you’ll be working on:
 

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Conducting business process analysis and suggesting improvements.
• Developing functional specifications and technical requirements for the development team.
• Collaborating with developers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of requirements.
• Identifying and analyzing potential project risks and proposing solutions to mitigate them.
• Presenting product demos to clients and stakeholders, collecting feedback, and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Participating in task planning and prioritization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting business analysis of requirements and selecting optimal solutions for specific business challenges.
   

About you

Must-have skills and experience:
 

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
• Experience with backend tasks, some understanding of APIs and GraphQL, ability to work with back-office systems.
• Experience in igaming, fintech or payment industries or similar domains would be a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of business processes and models.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and practices such as BPMN, UML
• Experience working with project management tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to convey ideas clearly and transparently in both verbal and written form to ensure team understanding.
