Lead Business Analyst (Data Focus) Offline

As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of N-iX global expansion, working with multiple work streams and stakeholders. This is a tremendous opportunity to prove yourself and unlock the new growth frontiers for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the creation of various analytical products to support advanced decision-making in a corporate environment
• Build a Modern Data Platform using AWS and Snowflake tools that integrates 20+ corporate systems, like Workday, JDE, Salesforce, etc
• Analyze the client's business requirements, challenges, and objectives and convert them into product specifications
• Identify, manage and facilitate business stakeholders from different business units to elicit requirements, present solution options and validate selected solutions.
• Validate data accuracy and integrity throughout the data migration process
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and DevOps teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Define and implement best practices of Business analysis considering customer and product context
• Coordinate work of several BAs within coupled components
• Identify dependencies across multiple vendors and components, and manage them properly.
• Build and maintain product roadmap
• Identifying potential risks in the project, including technical, financial, and operational risks, and suggesting mitigation strategies is an important part of their role.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and insights to support business initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or in a similar role, including at least 2+ years of experience as a Lead Business Analyst or Product manager
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g.,SAP BW, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or similar
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with data validation and quality assurance practices
• Experience in delivering complex projects in the  enterprise environment
• Experience in feature development from the initiation to UAT and production support
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize the features based on business value and present it to business stakeholders
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences
• Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects
• English – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
• Ukrainian - native or ability to speak and understand.

Nice to Have:

•  
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS, Synapse)
• Experience in leading group of BAs (3-5 professionals)
• Experience in integration with corporate systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Workday, etc)
• Understanding or experience with the MDM concept is a plus
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in data analysis is a plus.
• Experience in Scaled Agile methodologies
• Professional certifications, like IIBA CCBA or CBAP, PMI-PBA or similar
