Sales Executive
π Location: Remote (USA / Europe) - only for local candidates based in the USA or Europe (not relocated from Ukraine)

Kozak Group is a service-based IT company founded in 2015. We specialize in delivering high-quality e-commerce solutions with a strong focus on Magento development. As we continue expanding into the US and European markets, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to lead strategic sales initiatives, grow key partnerships, and contribute to the companyβs international growth.
π About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a central role in shaping our global expansion. You'll be responsible for driving high-value sales, forming meaningful partnerships, and contributing to strategic decisions β all while positioning Kozak Group as a trusted Magento development partner.
π― Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales
- Manage the full sales cycle: from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Develop tailored proposals that meet client needs in Magento and custom eCommerce development.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
Partnership Development
- Build and grow our partner network (agencies, platforms, tech providers, integrators).
- Identify collaboration opportunities and establish mutually beneficial relationships.
- Scale our partner program across multiple geographies.
Market Expansion Strategy
- Shape and execute go-to-market strategies for target regions (USA, UK, Germany, Netherlands, France, etc.).
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and setting regional sales targets.
Representation & Brand Positioning
- Represent Kozak Group at online and offline events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
- Work closely with marketing to tailor messaging and sales collateral for different markets.
- Act as a brand ambassador and Magento advocate within the eCommerce space.
Internal Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and marketers to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Mentor junior sales or BD team members where needed, sharing knowledge and best practices.
β Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT sales or business development, preferably in eCommerce.
- Strong understanding of Magento β must have experience selling Magento services or working closely with Magento teams.
- Experience with Shopify or WordPress is a plus.
- Proven success in building B2B relationships and closing high-value deals in the US/EU.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English (C1+); additional languages are a bonus.
- Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strategic mindset, proactive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership.
