Sales Manager
We're seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to expand our client base primarily in the US and Canada through strategic online engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in remote sales and extensive familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online platforms. This role requires expertise in sales automation through email campaigns, lead generation, and successful sales conversion using various digital sales tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other relevant online channels.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients to achieve repeat business and referrals.
- Automate email outreach and lead generation processes to optimize sales efficiency.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and sales prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and enhance conversion rates.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client's needs.
Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales with proven success in remote environments.
- Demonstrated experience and success in selling on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Strong understanding of email automation tools and lead generation strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely manage sales activities.
- Ability to commit to reasonable sales objectives
- Familiarity with CRM like HubSpot or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
Desired: - Experience in the HealthTech and Biotech industries will be a huge plus.
- Practical sales experience in the US and Canada is important due to the need to understand local business cultures and decision-making processes.
- Ability to effectively find new clients and establish initial contact using advanced methods and tools to achieve sales.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to negotiate clearly and professionally with potential clients.
- The ability to analyze the market, identify new trends and business opportunities, and be able to adapt sales strategies according to this data.
- Focused on achieving specific sales metrics and goals, and the ability to plan and manage your own time.
