Our clients are primarily in the US and Europe, but weโ€™re also proud to support Ukrainian companies like Meest, Devart, ะšะฝะธะณะฐั€ะฝั ะ„, and Mau Dau. After three years of active growth, weโ€™re now trusted by global brands like Brico and AdCreative.

Weโ€™ve built a strong inbound engine โ€” and now weโ€™re ready to scale outbound. Weโ€™re looking for a hands-on SDR to take ownership of our LinkedIn outbound strategy and build it from the ground up.


๐Ÿ”ง What youโ€™ll be doing:

  • Define and test outbound hypotheses (ICP, segments, channels, messaging)
  • Build and manage outreach lists, track market signals via social listening tools
  • Connect with prospects and lead them from first contact to booked demo
  • Conduct product demos in English
  • Work with CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Report on key metrics: qualified leads, booked demos, outreach performance


๐Ÿง  What weโ€™re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound lead generation
  • Proven track record with LinkedIn outreach
  • Confident in personalized, non-automated outreach (no spray-and-pray)
  • Understanding of B2B buying processes in MarTech or SaaS
  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Expandi, Reply.io
  • Strong English skills (C1+) โ€” both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills


โž• Nice to have:

  • Understanding of digital marketing basics
  • Network of marketers or SaaS founders
  • Familiarity with AI tools for outbound (bonus points if you surprise us)
