Weโve built a strong inbound engine โ and now weโre ready to scale outbound. Weโre looking for a hands-on SDR to take ownership of our LinkedIn outbound strategy and build it from the ground up.
๐ง What youโll be doing:
- Define and test outbound hypotheses (ICP, segments, channels, messaging)
- Build and manage outreach lists, track market signals via social listening tools
- Connect with prospects and lead them from first contact to booked demo
- Conduct product demos in English
- Work with CRM and sales engagement tools
- Report on key metrics: qualified leads, booked demos, outreach performance
๐ง What weโre looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in outbound lead generation
- Proven track record with LinkedIn outreach
- Confident in personalized, non-automated outreach (no spray-and-pray)
- Understanding of B2B buying processes in MarTech or SaaS
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Expandi, Reply.io
- Strong English skills (C1+) โ both written and spoken
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills
โ Nice to have:
- Understanding of digital marketing basics
- Network of marketers or SaaS founders
- Familiarity with AI tools for outbound (bonus points if you surprise us)
