Optimization and AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Optimization and AI Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a solution to optimize the daily routes and schedules of our teams based on existing orders. Additionally, this role involves developing a help desk chatbot to assist with customer inquiries and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in algorithms, software development, and AI-driven chatbot technologies.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop algorithms to determine the optimal routes and schedules for traveling agents.
Configure and refine algorithms to ensure efficiency and accuracy in real-world applications.
Develop a help desk chatbot to handle customer inquiries and provide support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the routing system and chatbot into existing platforms.
Conduct testing and validation to ensure the performance and reliability of the solutions.
Document all development processes, solutions, and maintenance activities.
Continuous improvement of these algorithms

Requirements:
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience with optimization algorithms, specifically related to routing and scheduling problems.
Experience with Dynamic pricing or best routing solution
Experience in Wolt, Uber, Bolt or similar companies is big advantage
Strong programming skills in Python& Node.JS or other relevant languages.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) for developing advanced AI-driven applications, particularly in natural language processing and conversational AI.
Experience in developing and deploying AI-based chatbots.
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with GraphHopper, Google OR Tools, or similar optimization libraries.
Deep knowledge of Python and proficiency in various ML/DL frameworks like Pandas /Sklearn / Pytorch / Tensorflow etc,... 
Knowledge in MLOPs and ML lifecycle – is an advantage. 
Prior work in logistics, transportation, or related industries.
Ability to handle projects end-to-end, from ideation and research to deployment. 
Experience with chatbot development platforms such as Dialogflow, angchain, crewai, autogen.
