What we’re looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT project management;
- Solid experience working with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WordPress;
- A deep understanding of web and mobile application development;
- Excellent organizational skills and a knack for prioritizing tasks;
- Strong client communication skills and the ability to manage expectations effectively;
- Decision-making confidence and autonomy;
- Proven experience interacting with English-speaking clients;
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
Nice to have:
- A technical background to complement your management skills;
- Experience managing freelancers.
What you’ll do:
- Develop project plans and negotiate timelines;
- Identify and manage potential risks;
- Collaborate in selecting and approving the project team;
- Ensure the team has the necessary resources and that they are well-distributed;
- Define and optimize workflows for development, testing, and requirements management;
- Set clear priorities and organize team efforts;
- Monitor project status, task execution, and overall team satisfaction;
- Communicate openly with clients, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded;
- Present demos, prototypes, and finished solutions to clients.
