Data Scientist/AI Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist/AI Consultant Specialist to join our team!

This role is designed for a technically skilled, client-facing data scientist with a focus on AI and problem-solving. The primary responsibility is to apply AI and machine learning techniques, particularly in natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs), to address business challenges. Data scientist will primarily work with the business team and engage with clients to demonstrate potential data insights. This role is not focused on traditional software development or managing software engineering teams. Instead, it is ideal for someone with a strong AI and data science background who can think strategically and apply AI technologies in a client-facing, consultative role.

What does the interview process look like?
- Recruiter interview - up to 30 minutes;

- Technical Interview - up to 1 hour;

- Technical Interview with client - up to 1 hour;

- Cultural interview with client - up to 30 minutes.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role;
• 3-5 years of experience in software development;
• Expertise in AI, especially in NLP, LLMs, prompt engineering, and generative AI;
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and apply AI to business needs;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with clients and understanding their needs;
• A technical background, ideally with a master’s degree in computer science, AI, or a related field, with strong academic and practical knowledge in AI;
• Ability to work independently in a consulting role, without direct oversight;
• Comfortable working in a flexible and fast-paced environment, with rapid deployment and iteration cycles;
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to understand their business problems and determine how to solve them using AI models;
• Apply AI/NLP techniques, such as BERT models, generative AI to provide innovative solutions;
• Analyze conversations from platforms like Discord and Telegram to extract sentiment, identify key topics, and help segment communities (e.g., developers vs. speculators);
• Collaborate with the business team to demonstrate actionable insights to clients and help them better understand community dynamics;
• Create reusable workflows through fast prototyping and iterations based on client feedback;
