UI/UX designer

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in Figma (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (will be an advantage)
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, typography, and UI/UX principles.
- Knowledge of user psychology, target audiences, and product promotion strategies.
- Ability to justify design decisions for specific tasks or projects.
- Responsibility, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Search and creation of design concepts and mood boards.
- Working with vector and raster graphics.
- Animation and testing of design elements.
- Participation in UX research with users
- Development of creative ideas for project execution.
- Сreating wireframe 
- Creating a unified style for the company, website, or application according to the technical requirements.
- Designing effective visual elements for user convenience.
- Implementing the entire technical design process, including project research, creating user personas, navigation, UX (wireframes), UI, developing component libraries, fonts, and colors, testing, analyzing results, and making adjustments.
- Conducting user behavior analysis on the website.
- Competitor analysis.
- Project reporting.
-Ability to work with design systems (HIG, Material UI)
-Know how to develop adaptive/responsive design
