Talent Sourcer/Researcher

Hi! We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Recruitment team and help us find the best talents for our business!
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Assisting the recruitment team in identifying suitable candidates for a variety of roles across the business from entry to senior level positions
• Building strong and productive relationships within the recruitment team
• Utilising social media channels, professional networks, and sourcing tools to attract and engage potential candidates
• Creating talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Tracking recruitment progress and maintaining candidate data in our ATS
• Supporting recruiters in organising interviews and managing communication with candidates
• Performing general recruitment administration tasks
   

Requirements:
 

• Understanding of sourcing techniques, tools, and best practices
• Previous experience in IT sourcing or recruiting will be a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive mindset, result-oriented, proactive attitude
• Experience of work in a multicultural environment
• Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and verbal)
