  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, Djinni, and other professional networks.
  • Strong understanding of IT terminology and roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct initial screenings and interviews effectively.
  • Experience in creating and managing job descriptions and postings.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Intermediate English (B1) or higher.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively source and identify potential candidates using diverse channels.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Manage and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
