Responsibilities:
• Interview coordination and scheduling;
• Gather market intelligence & industry knowledge;
• Identifying strategic target groups and building talent pools to ensure a sufficient talent pipeline;
• Maintaining a comprehensive database of talent profiles/pools;
• Acting as a strategic talent networker and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Requirements:
• From 1-2 years experience in recruitment or HR management;
• English and German from B2;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Attention to details;
• Stress resistance;
• Knowledge in MS Office: Excel, Teams, Power platform, Powerpoint;
• Familiarity with Swiss university landscape and understanding of the unique talent needs and challenges within a Big4 environment will be a plus
