Lead Generation Manager (Product) to $1200
About the Role: We're seeking a proactive and motivated Lead Generation Manager to join our dynamic team at Globy.com. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and onboarding suppliers from various sectors across Ukraine, Moldova, and Kazakhstan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers within targeted regions (Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakhstan).
- Engage in effective communication and outreach through emails, calls, and other channels.
- Manage the entire supplier onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration into the Globy.com platform.
- Maintain clear and detailed records of all interactions within our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to enhance lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Account Management, or Customer Support.
- English proficiency: Pre-intermediate level or higher.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with cold outreach, lead generation techniques, and related software/tools (CRM systems, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
