Project manager

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Project manager to join our team.

Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience in IT project management and coordination of project teams is a must;

— Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management software;

— Experience in Scrum and transforming teams to use Scrum;

— Ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously;

— Ability to prioritize and control deadlines;

— Deep understanding of full-cycle product management;

— B2 level of spoken and written English.

Would be a plus:

— Previous experience in the gambling industry;

— Experience in large companies;

— Understanding of programming languages (Back-end, Front-end);

— Understanding of DevOps practices;

— PMBOK certification.

Responsibilities:

— Orchestrate the full lifecycle of business requests: from initial idea and requirements clarification to solution delivery and user onboarding;

— Coordinate teams (product, tech, analytics, operations, customer success, DevOps) to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of business initiatives;

— Facilitate defining requirements, estimation, prioritization, and planning processes in collaboration with product managers and project teams;

— Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery teams;

— Support handover of requests to product and technical teams at the appropriate stage of development;

— Work closely with management to understand the business requirements for the project, develop effective working relationships, and ongoing management processes for the project;

— Estimate and plan projects from start to finish together with teams and departments.
