Full Stack Developer (3D BIM)

At Beetroot, we build dedicated tech teams for companies we believe in. We’ve partnered with a leading PropTech company in Europe to expand their core development team – and they’re on the lookout for a full stack engineer with a love for 3D, Node.js, and everything in between.

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll help enhance their 3D BIM Viewer in the cloud. You’ll play a key role in bringing the vision of smart, legally compliant, and energy-efficient buildings to life.

What you'll do in this role  

• Develop and maintain a 3D Viewer for digital twins in a cloud-based environment
• Work with special SDKs for 3D formats from building construction (e.g., IFC, glTF)
• Implement responsive UI with HTML/CSS and interactive 3D visualizations using Three.js or similar
• Build and manage backend APIs using Node.js
• Integrate with databases (e.g., MongoDB or SQL, depending on the project)
• Collaborate in an agile SCRUM team, contributing to planning, code reviews, and releases

We're looking for

• Background in software engineering, full stack development, or related field
• 3+ years of experience working with JavaScript, Node.js, and front-end technologies
• Proficiency with 3D libraries like Three.js, and a passion for interactive graphics
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs
• Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• A collaborative mindset and interest in sustainable tech and architecture

How to knock our socks off

• Experience working on BIM models or digital twins
• Exposure to 3D SDKs for construction/engineering
• Interest in PropTech, urban planning, or green buildings
• Prior work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Naming five or more dishes that include beetroot besides borshch
