B2B Marketing Hero

Brandsflow is a US-based brands management company. For over 10 years, we have managed DTC brands—both our own and our clients' using a data-driven approach. We work with a wide range of consumer products brands available on Amazon and other marketplaces, including supplements, electronics, clothing, home & decor, sports goods, and more. We love building brands from scratch as well as collaborating with established ones. While our primary expertise lies on Amazon, we also have a presence on Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Wayfair.

 

We're looking for a superstar marketing hero with previous experience in B2B marketing. 
In this role, you will design and execute both performance marketing campaigns and broader relationship-building strategies to attract new B2B clients – both existing Amazon sellers & DTC brand owners who are not yet selling on Amazon (founders & c-level).
 

 

What you will be responsible for:

- Perform custdev sessions and identify potential B2B clients (amazon sellers/DTC brand owners and C-level) aligned with our values and offerings

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online traffic, elevate brand awareness, and generate leads

- Plan and manage content (articles, service pages, lead magnets, etc.) across various digital channels, including the website, social media, and emails

- Create and optimize advertising campaigns and landing pages to enhance conversion rates

- Conduct A/B tests

- Systematically identify, analyze, and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing activities and identify opportunities for improvements

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' digital marketing strategies by actively tracking and analyzing the market

 

Whom we're looking for:

- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing

-English language proficiency at least at the upper-intermediate level (B2 or higher is a MUST)

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

- Proven ability to identify target audiences and create engaging digital campaigns

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and enhancing the customer journey

- Experience in developing and implementing a marketing strategy in terms of Digital, budgeting

- Experience with all major traffic channels: CPA, Social Media Advertising, Targeting ads, Programmatic, Retargeting, etc.

- Practical experience in launching and developing new, non-standard channels of user acquisition

- Practical skills in setting KPI/ROI for different types/kinds of traffic

- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools
