Chief Revenue Officer

We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) — an experienced leader who will take full responsibility for increasing company revenue, managing the sales and marketing department, and developing strategies to attract new clients and scale the business.
 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and implement the company’s revenue growth strategy.
  • Lead the sales and marketing teams, ensuring their efficiency.
  • Identify key markets and segments for business expansion.
  • Develop and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Work with key clients and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze the market, competitors, and business processes to enhance effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to align business strategy.
  • Implement KPIs and metrics to evaluate department performance.

    Requirements:
     
  • Experience as CRO / VP of Sales / VP of Marketing in B2B SaaS, AI, or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of technology solution sales processes (SaaS, AI, automation).
  • Proven experience in managing sales and marketing teams (10+ people).
  • Ability to develop and execute effective GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset, results-oriented approach.
  • Fluent English (C1+).
