Web Designer

NuxGame works with iGaming operators of all scales helping companies access new markets or enhance their existing brands. As a casino gaming software company, NuxGame provides solutions that allow building outstanding brands and fulfilling your business goals.We are looking for a Web Designer to join our team.

You will be responsible for creating and overseeing a wide range of marketing and brand-related design assets. This includes everything from social media visuals to web design, presentations, and UI/UX components of our corporate site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality marketing materials (presentations, pitch decks, banners, social media assets, etc.)
• Design and continuously improve the UI/UX of our corporate website
• Work on the development and upkeep of the company brandbook
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Development teams to ensure design consistency
• Maintain a strong visual identity across all marketing channels
• Build and optimize design workflows and processes within the marketing team
• Lead and manage a small team of 2 designers — mentoring, reviewing work, and ensuring timely delivery
• Proactively contribute creative ideas, design improvements, and branding suggestions
• Ensure all designs are visually compelling and aligned with business goals
   

What We Expect From You:

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing and/or web design roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of digital marketing materials, website UI/UX, and branding
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint/Google Slides, etc.)
• Solid understanding of web design best practices, responsive design, and UX principles
• Experience working with or maintaining a brandbook
  Leadership or mentoring experience within a design team
• Excellent attention to detail and high aesthetic standards
• Proactive mindset – you don’t wait for tasks, you take initiative and suggest solutions
• Strong communication skills – able to collaborate and present ideas clearly
• Experience creating and preparing materials for print
  
   

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in the iGaming, tech, or B2B SaaS industry
• Animation or motion design skills (for social media or presentations)
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with marketers, developers, and product managers

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or how websites are built (you won’t code but you’ll talk to people who do)
