As a Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for setting priorities, improving recruitment processes, and ensuring timely and high-quality hiring across all departments, from C-level positions to operational and technical roles.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
  • Build and execute effective hiring strategies for various departments (Product, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure successful candidate placement.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve performance.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen our position in the global iGaming market.
  • Ensure alignment with business growth plans and staffing forecasts.
  • Implement best practices and continuously improve recruitment processes.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage and develop a recruitment team.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on approach.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken).
