Role Overview:
As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in scaling our teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talents in the iGaming industry across different functions (Product, Tech, Operations, etc.). Youโll work closely with hiring managers and C-level executives, manage the full-cycle recruitment process, and help us build a winning team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from gathering requirements to closing offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and team goals.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, internal database, networking, industry events.
- Screen and assess candidate applications, conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for multiple vacancies at once.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within iGaming or tech industries.
- Understanding of the iGaming industry and its specific hiring challenges.
- Experience in hiring for different markets (Tier 1โ3) is a plus.
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, result-driven, and self-organized.
