Senior UI/UX Designer Contractor (TV Ecosystem) Offline

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help our partner enhance the developer experience through high-impact tools and TV ecosystem solutions.

Beetroot is a trusted partner for startups and industry leaders alike, helping them scale their teams with top-tier tech talent. We’re looking for a skilled designer to join our client’s team for a 3–6 month engagement.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in creating high-performing developer tools and refining TV-based interfaces that enhance the daily workflows of engineers.

What you'll do in this role  

• Build simulators and performance tools for frontend engineers;
• Provide all necessary design artifacts (graphs, breakpoints, performance tracers, etc.);
• Design UX/UI for developer tools, including IDEs, simulators, and CLIs (a candidate should have experience with it);
• UX/UI for TV ecosystems;
• Create UX/UI for performance tools, such as charts and performance metrics.

We're looking for

• Proven experience in building tools and improving the developer experience;
• Experience in creating UX/UI for performance tools, such as charts, performance metrics, etc;
• Experience in creating UX/UI for TV ecosystems;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• A proactive, solution-driven mindset and attention to detail.

How to knock our socks off

• Hands-on experience with IDE design or CLI interface design;
• Contributions to open-source developer tools;
• Familiarity with frontend performance monitoring frameworks;
• Ability to balance creativity with developer-centric usability;
• Naming five or more dishes that include beetroot besides borshch.
