Middle Front-end Engineer (React) Offline
About the Role 
As a Front-end Engineer, you will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, focusing on performance and scalability. This role will play a part in innovating customer experience within a product company for professional services and applying it to international markets, including the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, and Japan. You will utilize your experience with A/B testing, conventional UI/UX, conversational UI (Chat Bots, LLM), payment methods, and pricing models to drive business results. The position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
What You’ll Do 
- Develop and maintain Web Applications 
- Craft features that meet business and technical requirements in a reasonable time frame
- Create User Interfaces using React, Redux, Typescript, CSS/LESS, HTML and JavaScript
- Interact with server-side part (.Net)
- Follow and improve effective Agile CI/CD processes  
- Assure our products are implemented to the highest standards with appropriate automated testing including Unit tests
- Ensure your features meet service level objectives for run times and reliability  
- Improve code quality and deployment frequency
Participate in reviewing designs and code of peer software engineers 
What We’re Looking For 
- 4+ years of commercial experience in Front-end development
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS/LESS, React, Redux and Typescript
- Experience with web service development
- Experience with automated test frameworks (Jest, Playwright, or similar)
- Experience in an Agile software development environment following CI/CD practices
- Degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience 
- Intermediate level of English or higher
- Proven ability to creatively solve problems, self-motivate, and communicate effectively
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning new skills, adaptability, and collaboration across disciplines
Will be a plus
- Experience with .NET frameworks, C#, and data access technologies such as Entity Framework or ADO.NET
