👩‍💻 What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with our product and design teams to implement new features and improve existing functionality.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Laravel and modern PHP practices.
• Work on API development and integration with frontend components.
• Ensure performance, security, and maintainability of the application.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

🛠 Tech Stack

• PHP 8+, Laravel 9+
• MySQL / PostgreSQL
• RESTful APIs
• Git / GitHub
• Docker (optional)
• Basic understanding of frontend (Vue.js or similar) is a plus

✅ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Laravel framework
• Strong knowledge of PHP and OOP principles
• Familiarity with REST API design
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to integrate with frontend
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with Vue.js or similar JS frameworks
• Understanding of HR or employee evaluation systems
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools
