Logistics Coordinator

SoftPlus Ukraine is software development company based in Ukraine. We work with companies of various sizes and phases of maturity. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team remotely.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track shipments from origin to destination
• Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely deliveries
• Manage and update shipment records in the system
• Resolve transportation issues and delays efficiently
• Prepare reports and analyze logistics data

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (training provided)
• English level B1+ (Intermediate)
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
