Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team.

What you will do:
- Conduct Screening (using open sources and programs) of new and existing partners;
- Verify information and documents of customers for onboarding them to the project;
- Prepare and revise drafts, coordinate amendments with partners and counterparties, define and substantiate the company’s position on contractual terms;
- Write and edit internal documents such as policies, procedures, instructions;
- Analyze international legislation in key project areas (AML, KYC) and adjust projects to regulatory requirements;

Requirements:
- Higher legal education;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance in fintech and/or crypto niche;
- Ability to work with documents of legal entities and individuals, verify them, collect and analyze relevant information on clients;
- Knowledge of European legislation in the field of payments, AML, GDPR;
- Advanced English;
- Will be a plus certificate in Compliance/AML;

Working conditions:

- Work schedule 5/2 from 10-00 to 19-00;
