More Local Clients, LLC (MORE) is a holistic marketing agency looking for a Lead Generation Manager to get more local businesses in the US and Canadian markets to offer marketing services.

 

Requirements:

  • English proficiency (B2 or higher) for fluent communication with leads via email and calls.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably targeting local businesses (not e-commerce or tech companies).
  • Hands-on experience with cold email outreach, LinkedIn, Facebook, Alignable outreach, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication and outreach skills (both written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a proactive approach to prospecting.

     

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach – Identifying and reaching out to potential clients via cold emails, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Alignable.
  • Managing Lead Pipelines – Organizing and maintaining lead lists and CRM records.
  • Cold Email Campaigns – Setting up, optimizing, and tracking email outreach performance.
  • Engaging with Leads – Responding to inquiries, scheduling follow-ups, and nurturing prospects.
  • Identifying New Markets – Researching opportunities for lead generation and market expansion.
  • Optimizing the Sales Funnel – Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the lead generation process.
  • Reporting & Analytics – Analyzing outreach performance and providing reports to management.
  • Work time zone: Chicago, USA (UTC -5) or a similar time zone.
