Promo Manager

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Promo Manager to lead and execute promotional activities. This role requires creativity, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive player engagement through targeted promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including tournaments, raffles, and special offers.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as Design, CRM, and Social Media to ensure smooth execution of promotions.

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotions, optimizing strategies for user engagement and retention.

• Coordinate with external partners to enhance promotional efforts.

• Prepare post-promotion reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the Promo manager role.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams.

• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

• Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the Canadian market.

• Understanding of player segmentation and retention strategies.
