HR Coordinator (Warsaw)

Responsibilities:
- Support employees: be the go-to person for booking coworking spaces, tickets, and other services, as well as sending holiday gifts and healthy boxes
- Organize corporate and other internal events: From large-scale celebrations (such as the New Year party and Company Day) to casual Friday board game nights
- Manage the companyβs merchandise program
- Handle business correspondence and contribute to internal news and greetings publications
- Coordinate vendors β from sourcing to ensuring the required quality of services
- Welcome colleagues to the Warsaw office, provide office tours, and help them settle in
- Ensure a comfortable office environment for colleagues in our Warsaw office, take care of the weekly grocery shopping
- Help the HR team and the HR Director with various administrative and organizational tasks
- Prepare and send parcels and packages across Ukraine and the EU
Requirements:
- Experience in HR, administration, event, or office management
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility
- Excellent communication skills, ability to interact effectively with vendors and build strong relationships with colleagues. Respect for others competency
- Business correspondence skills
- Experience in organizing corporate events
- Proactive and initiative-driven mindset
- English proficiency at an Intermediate+ level
- Polish at an Intermediate level or higher will be a great advantage!
Hiring process:
- Interview with Recruitment Lead β up to 1 hour
- Test Task β up to 20 minutes
- The final interview with HRD β up to 1 hour
