Trainee Project manager

Requirements:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices;
- Certification in project management;
- 0-6 months of commercial experience;
- At least B2 level of English;

- Excellent leadership and team management skills;

- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools;

- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and technology implementation;

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and execution of project plans, encompassing timelines, milestones, and resource allocation;

- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and timelines;

- Familiarize yourself with current project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, actively supporting project execution;

- Proactively anticipate potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate issues throughout the entire project lifecycle;

- Communicate efficiently with team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring alignment and progress toward project goals;

- Maintain organized project documentation and provide regular updates through project status reports;

- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing excellent organizational and time management skills.
