Trainee Project Manager Offline

About you:

• You have a strong desire to work and grow in the IT industry as a Project Manager;
• You have completed IT courses in Project Management and are ready for internship;
• You have a clear understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for web and mobile development;
• You possess excellent communication skills;
• Your English is at a strong Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• You are proficient in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting developers’ spent hours and completed tasks to the client (this can include reporting on budget limitations);
• Organizing reports, invoices, and other financial files for easy access;
• Ensuring agreements with the client on the quality of service provision (working with client feedback);
• Handling organizational issues (workload, equipment);
• Managing risks and opportunities on the project and reporting to clients about them;
• Informing about developers’ day-offs, national holidays, vacations, and sick leaves;
• Monitoring the daily progress of projects;
• Planning meetings and organizing project logistics.
