Sourcer / Junior Recruiter (Marketing Direction)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Sourcer / Junior Recruiter to join our growing Marketing Recruitment Team! This role is perfect for someone passionate about talent acquisition, eager to develop their recruitment skills, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment.
 

As a Sourcer / Junior Recruiter, you will focus on sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent for various non-tech roles, primarily within marketing. You'll work closely with our recruitment team to support the hiring process and have the opportunity for career growth into a full-cycle recruiter role.
 

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Talent Sourcing & Outreach

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the marketing industry.

🔹 Screening & Candidate Engagement

• Conduct initial pre-screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and motivation.
• Provide a great candidate experience by keeping applicants informed throughout the process.

🔹 Application Review & Recruitment Support

• Review incoming applications and identify potential matches for open roles.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
   

Requirements:

✅ English – Upper Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken).
✅ Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing is a plus but not required.
✅ Strong interest in talent acquisition & marketing roles.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing techniques is an advantage.
