Purpose of the position:
Strengthening the team to support and collaborate with the company's top partners (creators and bloggers), as well as cross-selling and upselling clients in the event of an update to the company's product line.
Requirements:
- Project Management: Strong ability to handle multiple clients and projects.
- Multitasking: Ability to organize work with a large number of tasks.
- Working with CRM Systems and Task Managers: Organizing daily work, tracking tasks, progress, and time.
- Document Management: Organizing the process of drafting contracts, appendices, and invoices.
- Financial Management: Preparing commercial proposals and offers.
- Reporting: Ensuring transparency of work and generating reports on completed tasks.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively present completed work.
- Sales Skills: Ability to upsell services and cross-sell.
- Service Orientation: Delivering a high standard of customer service and loyalty.
- Communication: Strong and confident communicator and negotiator, including in English.
Additional Requirements (Preferred):
- Experience in Translation or Working with Bloggers: Experience in managing video translation projects or working in the creative industry.
Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management: Take full responsibility for working with existing blogger clients (support, handling current client issues).
- Client Development: Upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining affiliate relationships.
- Workflow Organization in Digital Systems: Working with CRM (HubSpot), task management systems (ClickUp), and reporting.
- Internal Product Quality Control: Ensuring the quality of the company's work for the client and improving the product offering.
