Sales Manager (B2B / Outsourcing)
We’re a digital product studio building B2B SaaS tools and ready-to-launch solutions for restaurants, marketplaces, and edtech. We’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth across three verticals:
• Outsourcing & custom development
• White-label boxed platforms (marketplaces, restaurant systems, LMS, etc.)
• SaaS products (CRM, digital hospitality, leadgen)
What you’ll do:
• Sell our services and products (inbound & outbound)
• Manage the full sales cycle (lead > deal)
• Work with founder to improve sales materials & process
• Help shape offers and pitch strategy
• Use CRM (or introduce your own)
What we expect:
• 2+ years of experience in B2B tech sales
• Proactivity, independence, and communication skills
• Strategic thinking — you sell meaning, not just features
• English — Intermediate+ (for writing and occasional calls)
Nice to have:
• Experience with HoReCa, marketplaces, or edtech
• Experience in IT outsourcing
• Familiarity with startup culture and MVP-first mindset
