Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategy for B2B product.
• Engage with corporate clients, partners, and brokers to identify their needs and optimize products.
• Manage the product lifecycle—from concept to launch and further development.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, analytics, and customer support teams.
• Analyze the market, competitors, and trader needs to create competitive B2B solutions.
• Define key product KPIs, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
• Optimize user experience (UX/UI) with designers and analysts.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks within Agile processes.
• Work with regulators and legal teams to ensure product compliance with market requirements.
   

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech or trading industries.
• Experience in B2B products, Forex, Prop Trading, or related financial sectors.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, algorithmic trading, margin trading, and trading strategies.
• Experience launching and scaling B2B trading or financial products.
• Proficiency with analytical tools (SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• English B2+ (working with international clients and partners).

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a Prop Trading company or financial startup.
• Knowledge of key APIs for integrating trading platforms (MetaTrader, cTrader, FIX API).
• Experience using Machine Learning/AI in financial products.
