Product Manager Offline

About the Role:

ProofLabs is seeking a talented and driven Product Manager (Middle–Senior level) to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the vision, roadmap, and execution of digital products in the finance domain. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and business goals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

• Gather and analyze user needs, market trends, and business requirements.

• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to prioritize features and drive execution.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and communicate progress.

• Define clear KPIs and measure product success through data-driven decisions.

• Lead product discovery efforts, including user interviews, competitor analysis, and market research.

• Continuously improve processes, delivery, and collaboration in a remote-first environment.

Your Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in the finance or fintech domain.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and close collaboration with Scrum Masters.

• Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Ability to turn complex ideas into clear and actionable product plans.

• Excellent communication skills in English. German is a plus.
