Head of Design (Spribe) Offline

We are a Performa HR agency, and we're excited to find a top-notch professional for one of our clients. We're currently seeking an experienced Head of Design.

Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry as a Senior Graphic Designer or Head of Design;
● strong portfolio showcasing work from the iGaming sector;
● proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
● deep understanding of industry-standard design practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and real-time development challenges;
● proven leadership experience in managing and collaborating with designers;
● highly organized, process-driven, and able to make data-informed decisions;
● strong communication skills with the ability to support and motivate team members while resolving design challenges;
● fluent English.

Would be a plus:
● experience with motion design.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
● develop and implement innovative design concepts tailored for the iGaming industry - colorful, bright, and engaging visuals that capture user attention;
● collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with project goals;
● ensure high standards by reviewing and refining designs;
● communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders;
● continuously improve design processes and workflows;
● keep up with the latest graphic design trends and technologies.
