Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive SDR to help us make our outbound lead generation more effective and consistent.
We already have the foundation in place: defined ICPs, a CJM, lead database, and an outbound process.
Now we need someone who will analyze, optimize, and turn it into a predictable meeting-generation engine.
Your main goal in this role will be to generate a steady flow of qualified meetings with decision-makers from our target accounts.
You’ll collaborate with another SDR, a Pre-Sales Manager, a Content Writer, and the Marketing Director.
We sell a modern & advanced tech product to enterprise clients in the energy & utility sectors — and we want every outreach to be thoughtful and valuable.
What you’ll do:
- Audit and improve the existing outbound process
- Optimize messaging, outreach sequences, and channels for higher conversion
- Apply Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles to engage strategic accounts
- Use our ICPs and CJM to guide highly targeted, personalized communication
- Test and implement new tools, tactics, and ideas for continuous improvement
- Identify and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Snov.io, and other tools
- Write clear, thoughtful, and engaging outreach messages
- Collaborate and sync daily with our SDR to act as a united outbound team
- Align your outreach with our marketing campaigns and pre-sales goals
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation
- Experience working with SaaS, tech products, or enterprise solutions
- Good understanding of outbound frameworks, sales funnels, and prospecting logic
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and how to apply them in daily outreach
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1+)
- Confident user of HubSpot, Snov.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong copywriting skills — you know how to write messages that get replies
- Curious, proactive, and excited to test new things, learn fast, and iterate
Nice to have:
- Experience improving or rebuilding outbound processes
- Experience on the Energy&Utilities market
- Understanding of enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience mentoring another SDR's
