Business Developement Manager

Sikorsky Legal is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who will create and implement our business development strategy.

Sikorsky Legal provides international law, finance, and investment consulting services in Ukraine. We are not just a law firm but the investment platform of tomorrow for Ukraine, uniting foreign investors and local businesses to create profitable, secure partnerships.
 

Key requirements:

  • Fluency in English
  • A strong background in leading the business development process
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Fresh ideas for discovering new partners and leads
  • A proven track record in sales
  • Experience in legal or consulting business development is highly preferable
  • The ability to work in our office in the center of Kyiv
     

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing sales funnels and generating new leads
  • Building a worldwide network of partners
  • Managing communication, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Attending online events on platforms such as Eventbrite, Meetup, etc.
  • Coordinating with the marketing team
  • Preparing weekly reports and updating strategy
