Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires;
• Building and maintaining a talent pipeline;
• Supporting the adaptation process for new employees;
• Organizing and conducting interviews;
• Collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs.

You’re Our Ideal Candidate If You Have:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role (experience in the medical field is a plus);
• Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and sourcing techniques;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• A results-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail;
• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
