Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (B2) or higher.
• Proven experience in online sales and digital client communication.
• Previous experience in reproductive medicine or a related field is required.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and structured lead management.
• Existing contacts in the medical industry (fertility clinics, doctors, medical coordinators, etc.) are a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of a second foreign language is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company’s operations and procedures comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Policy Development and Enforcement: Develop, implement, and enforce corporate compliance policies and procedures.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance-related risks. Develop mitigation strategies and monitor their implementation.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management and the board. Analyze trends to proactively identify potential compliance issues.

• Third-Party Compliance: Manage and monitor third-party vendors and partners to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

   

  Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles. Experience in highly regulated industries is a plus (e.g., healthcare, finance, technology). Prior experience in the reproductive medicine field is strongly preferred.
• Skills and Competencies: In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
