We are seeking a Senior/Lead Data Scientist to join a leading global consulting firm and help drive data-driven decisions across the organization. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Generative AI and traditional AI techniques to develop innovative solutions, extract insights from complex datasets, and optimize business strategies. You will work alongside a team of business data experts to ensure the successful integration of data science into key decision-making processes.

🎯 Responsibilities

🔹 Collaborate with business data experts to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making and business growth.
🔹 Design and implement advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to derive insights from large datasets.
🔹 Develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning models in Databricks for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and other applications.
🔹 Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations in data, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
🔹 Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning, proactively applying these innovations to business challenges.
🔹 Mentor junior data scientists, guiding them in best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

📚 Required Skills

✅ Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a track record of delivering data-driven solutions.
✅ Expertise in Generative AI and traditional AI techniques (deep learning, NLP, statistical modeling).
✅ Strong proficiency in Python or R, with experience in libraries like pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
✅ Databricks proficiency, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
✅ Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
✅ At least one of the following:

• Hands-on experience with MLOps in Databricks (Model Registration and Evaluation).

• Familiarity with Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol, Azure AI Agent Service, or Dapr.

• Expertise in building AI agents and integrating them into advanced reasoning models.

• Experience in AI Platform implementation, including monitoring, constraints, and optimizing AI systems for scalability.

💡 Nice to Have

➕ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
➕ Experience in applying Generative AI and traditional AI techniques to optimize processes and solve business problems.
➕ Solid understanding of data visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI to communicate findings effectively.
