Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our Turkish iGaming project. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, knows how to build trust, and can effectively turn leads into active users. You'll work with both warm and cold leads, motivating them to register, deposit, and stay engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with both warm and cold leads
- Clearly and persuasively present the casinoβs offerings
- Build trust and interest through meaningful conversations
- Guide potential clients through the registration and onboarding process
- Motivate users to make their first deposit
- Carry out basic retention tasks to encourage ongoing engagement
Requirements:
- Experience in the iGaming industry as a Sales Specialist or in a similar client-facing role
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales or communication role
- Fluent Turkish (spoken and written) β mandatory
- Proficiency in either Russian or English for internal communication
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Proven experience working with both warm and cold leads
- Client-focused mindset and ability to build long-term relationships
- Background in sales or customer support is a strong plus
