Founding Business Developer

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to help expand our reach in the EU, US, Canada, and beyond. In this role, you will identify and secure new business opportunities, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to our success as a leader in Support-as-a-Service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Master Prospector: Research and identify prospective customers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Engaging Meetings: Conduct insightful meetings that showcase SupportYourApp's value and address client needs.
  • Persuasive Communication: Nurture leads through clear and concise email correspondence.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with clients to define objectives and align solutions with their requirements.
  • Drive Sales: Assist in crafting compelling commercial proposals that resonate with clients.
  • Team Coordination: Work with marketing and technical teams to optimize sales efforts and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Provide timely sales activity reports to management, tracking progress and identifying improvements.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather insights from stakeholders to inform product development and service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Proven Expertise: 3+ years in business development with a successful B2B sales track record.
  • Global Acumen: Experience in EU, US, and Canadian markets, understanding cultural nuances.
  • Strategy experience: Build sales strategy from the scratch.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the helpdesk and CRM market to effectively position our solutions.
  • Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English (C1-C2), able to convey complex information clearly.
  • Discovery Call Skills: Experience conducting discovery calls to uncover client needs.
  • Closing Skills: Proven ability to close deals with strong negotiation skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently to achieve goals.
  • Adaptability: Quick learner who can thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Innovative thinker eager to explore new ideas.
